What is it and how does it work?Valtum
Work, family, short nights: many men feel less energetic than they used to and look for a little help. Valtum is a dietary supplement in gummies, presented on its jar as "Shilajit Gummies".
Each jar holds 30 gummies, and the recommended dose is one gummy a day, so one jar lasts a month. The formula combines six actives: shilajit extract 10:1 (a mineral resin from the Himalayas), KSM-66® ashwagandha root extract 12:1, beetroot juice concentrate, zinc citrate and vitamins B6 and B12. According to the official website, the gummy is allergen-free and set with pectin instead of animal gelatine.
Two ingredients have authorised EU health claims at the dose in Valtum: vitamins B6 and B12 contribute to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue and to normal energy-yielding metabolism2. Zinc contributes to the maintenance of normal testosterone levels in the blood, but the shop does not state how much zinc a gummy contains. Claims for plants are still "on hold" in the official register1.
That is why we do not repeat the promises printed on the jar ("Amplifies cellular energy", "Supports natural testosterone"): no study has been published on Valtum itself. What can be checked is the formula, and the studies on its ingredients, which we summarise further down.
Let's be realistic: no gummy replaces sleep, a varied diet and physical activity. Age, overall health and lifestyle matter far more, and every person responds differently.
The formula
Tap an ingredient to learn more. The official website gives the full ingredient list3 but states the amount only for vitamins B6 and B12, each at 100% of the nutrient reference value (NRV4). For shilajit, ashwagandha, beetroot and zinc, the amount is not stated ("—"), which is why the bars stay empty. The two vitamins, which have no photo, are in the bars and the list below.
- Shilajit extract 10:1 – — : A black resin that seeps from rocks in the Himalayas, long used in Ayurvedic medicine. Valtum describes it as a "raw Himalayan mineral matrix", as a concentrated 10:1 extract.
- KSM-66® ashwagandha root extract 12:1 – — : A root from Indian tradition, studied mainly for stress, muscle strength and testosterone. KSM-66® is a branded root extract, one of the most used in trials.
- Beetroot juice concentrate – — : Beetroot is rich in nitrate, studied in athletes for endurance. The shop does not say how much nitrate one gummy provides.
- Zinc (as zinc citrate) – — : A trace element. In the EU it may claim to contribute to the maintenance of normal testosterone levels in the blood, from 15% of the NRV per serving; the shop does not state the amount in Valtum.
- Vitamin B6 – 1.4 mg: According to the official website, one gummy provides 100% of the NRV, that is 1.4 mg. In the EU, vitamin B6 contributes to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue and to normal energy-yielding metabolism.
- Vitamin B12 – 2.5 µg: According to the official website, one gummy provides 100% of the NRV, that is 2.5 µg. In the EU, vitamin B12 contributes to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue and to normal energy-yielding metabolism.
Ingredients according to the official website: sweeteners (maltitol, sorbitol, sucralose), water, gelling agent (pectin), acidity regulators (citric acid, trisodium citrate), shilajit extract (shilajit 10:1), KSM-66® ashwagandha (Withania somnifera root extract 12:1), beetroot juice concentrate, zinc citrate, natural flavouring, vitamin B6, coconut oil, vitamin B12, glazing agent (carnauba wax). 30 gummies per jar.
Dosage and useOne a day
According to the official shop, take 1 gummy a day. A jar of 30 gummies therefore lasts a month. Never exceed the recommended daily dose: in excess, the sweeteners in the gummy can have a laxative effect.
- One gummy a day, for example with breakfast
- Do not exceed the recommended daily dose
- Keep the jar tightly closed in a cool, dry place, away from sunlight
- Do not use if the seal is damaged or missing
- Eat a varied, balanced diet
- Keep it out of the reach of children
Dietary supplements are not a substitute for a varied, balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle.
Side effectsIs it safe?
The official website lists no known side effects when Valtum is used as directed, and its ingredients are common in dietary supplements. Digestive upset, an intolerance or an allergic reaction are still possible: if that happens, stop taking it and ask a doctor for advice.
The gummy is sweetened with maltitol, sorbitol and sucralose. The website warns that eating too many can have a laxative effect. Valtum is for adults only (not under 18) and is not recommended for pregnant or breastfeeding women.
Ashwagandha can interact with some medicines (thyroid, sedatives, immunosuppressants): if you take medication or have a medical condition, talk to your doctor first. Valtum is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease.

Where to buyThe official packs
If you want to try Valtum, pay attention to where you buy it. We recommend the official website: a product bought elsewhere may not be covered by the 60-day guarantee, and you cannot check where it comes from. Delivery is free from 2 jars; a single jar costs €4.95 to ship. Note: when we checked on 22 October 2026, the official checkout listed 15 European countries, including Ireland, Denmark, Finland, Italy, the Netherlands, Norway, Portugal and Sweden, but not the United Kingdom or the United States.

Pharmacy or Amazon?Where it is sold
Many people look for Valtum in pharmacies or on Amazon. Valtum is sold on its official website and the Vivellify shop, and that is the only place where we could check the offer, the prices and the 60-day guarantee.

- Price and delivery are shown before you pay
Is Valtum a scam?The facts
Before buying a "male vitality" supplement online, it makes sense to look closely at the offer. The market is full of exaggerated promises. What matters is what is in the jar: a dietary supplement in gummies, not a medicine.
What is reassuring
- Shop run by an identified company (Vivello Solutions Ltd) with written return terms
- 60-day money-back guarantee
- One-time purchase with no subscription and well-known payment methods (card, PayPal, invoice)
- Vitamins B6 and B12 at doses recognised by the EU
Good to know
- The dose of shilajit, ashwagandha, beetroot and zinc is not published
- Returns at your own cost, with no more than two jars opened
- No study has been published on Valtum itself
- Results vary from person to person
Our verdict: Valtum is not a scam in the sense of a product that never arrives or an unsafe payment: the shop is identified, payment is one-time and the guarantee is in writing. But it is a dietary supplement, not a treatment, and it does not replace a balanced diet, exercise or medical advice. If you want to try it, order from the official website so the guarantee applies.

Studies cited
For each ingredient, we list two studies found in the scientific literature. The summaries describe what each study measured and found. They do not promise results: most of these studies are small, short, or show mixed outcomes.
Shilajit extract 10:1
Randomised, double-blind, placebo-controlled trial in healthy men aged 45 to 55. 250 mg of purified shilajit twice a day for 90 days increased total testosterone, free testosterone and DHEAS compared with placebo; LH and FSH stayed stable.
Limitation: The shop does not state how much shilajit one Valtum gummy contains, so the dose cannot be compared. The trial used 500 mg a day of a purified, standardised shilajit for 90 days in a small group of healthy men aged 45 to 55.
Pandit S, Biswas S, Jana U, et al. Andrologia. 2016;48(5):570-5. PMID 26395129 · Read on PubMed
Study in 35 men with a low sperm count: 100 mg of processed shilajit twice a day for 90 days. In the 28 who completed it, total sperm count rose by 61% and serum testosterone by 23% compared with their starting values, with no change in liver or kidney tests.
Limitation: The shop does not state how much shilajit one Valtum gummy contains, so the dose cannot be compared. No placebo group: men with a low sperm count were compared with their own starting values, and 7 of the 35 did not finish.

KSM-66® ashwagandha root extract 12:1 (Withania somnifera)
Randomised, double-blind, placebo-controlled crossover trial in overweight men aged 40 to 70 with mild fatigue (57 enrolled). An ashwagandha extract providing 21 mg of withanolide glycosides a day for 8 weeks. Testosterone rose 14.7% and DHEA-S 18% more than with placebo, but fatigue, vigour and sexual well-being did not differ between groups.
Limitation: The shop does not state how much ashwagandha extract one Valtum gummy contains, so the dose cannot be compared. Another extract (21 mg of withanolide glycosides a day), only 57 overweight men aged 40 to 70, and fatigue, vigour and sexual well-being did not improve more than with placebo.
Lopresti AL, Drummond PD, Smith SJ. Am J Mens Health. 2019;13(2):1557988319835985. PMID 30854916 · Read on PubMed
Randomised, double-blind, placebo-controlled trial in 57 young men starting resistance training. 300 mg of ashwagandha root extract twice a day for 8 weeks. Compared with placebo, bench-press and leg-extension strength, arm and chest size and testosterone rose more, and creatine kinase (a marker of muscle damage) was lower.
Limitation: The shop does not state how much ashwagandha extract one Valtum gummy contains, so the dose cannot be compared. The trial used 600 mg a day together with supervised training, in young men, for only 8 weeks.

Beetroot juice concentrate
Meta-analysis of 118 studies on endurance exercise. Nitrate-rich foods gave a small but significant benefit in endurance performance; among them, beetroot showed benefit. No effect was found in women.
Limitation: The shop does not state how much beetroot juice concentrate (or nitrate) one Valtum gummy contains, so the dose cannot be compared. The studies gave hundreds of milligrams of nitrate, usually as a full glass of juice or a concentrated shot; in Valtum, beetroot comes after shilajit and ashwagandha in the ingredient list.

Systematic review and meta-analysis of 9 studies (11 trials) with 228 participants. Inorganic nitrate added to exercise training did not improve VO2peak or time to exhaustion more than training alone.
Limitation: The shop does not state how much beetroot juice concentrate (or nitrate) one Valtum gummy contains, so the dose cannot be compared. A small pool of studies (228 people), with nitrate doses far above what a gummy can hold, and the result was negative.

Zinc (as zinc citrate)
Study in healthy men. Restricting dietary zinc for 20 weeks lowered testosterone in 4 young men, and three to six months of zinc in 9 older men with a marginal deficiency raised it.
Limitation: The shop does not state how much zinc one Valtum gummy contains, so the dose cannot be compared. Very small groups, and the effect applies to men who were short of zinc.

Study in 14 healthy, active men aged 22 to 33 with enough zinc in their diet. A high-dose zinc supplement raised blood zinc but did not change total or free testosterone.
Limitation: The shop does not state how much zinc one Valtum gummy contains, so the dose cannot be compared. A high dose in young, active men who already got enough zinc, and testosterone did not change.

Vitamin B6
Cochrane review of two double-blind, placebo-controlled trials in 109 healthy older people (20 mg or 75 mg of vitamin B6 a day for 5 to 12 weeks). Vitamin B6 levels in the blood rose, but mood (including fatigue and tension) and cognition did not improve compared with placebo.
Limitation: Valtum provides 100% of the NRV, that is 1.4 mg, 14 to 50 times less than in these trials; the outcomes were mood and cognition in older people, not energy or performance.

Double-blind study in young adults who took a high dose of vitamin B6 or B12, or a placebo, for a month. With B6, self-reported anxiety fell and one visual test changed; B12 only showed trends.
Limitation: A high dose, far above the 1.4 mg in a Valtum gummy, and the outcomes (anxiety, vision) have nothing to do with energy, performance or testosterone.

Vitamin B12
Randomised, double-blind, placebo-controlled trial in 95 adults with bowel disease (IBS or IBD), disabling fatigue and normal vitamin B12 levels. 1,000 µg of vitamin B12 a day for 8 weeks did not reduce fatigue more than placebo; only a motivation subscale improved slightly.
Limitation: Valtum provides 100% of the NRV, that is 2.5 µg, 400 times less; the participants were patients, and the result for fatigue was negative.
Scholten AM, Vermeulen E, Dhonukshe-Rutten RAM, et al. Clin Nutr ESPEN. 2018;23:48-53. PMID 29460813 · Read on PubMed
Systematic review and meta-analysis of 16 randomised trials (6,276 people) without B12 deficiency or advanced neurological disease. Vitamin B12, alone or with other B vitamins, did not improve cognitive function or depressive symptoms; only one trial looked at fatigue, too few to analyse.
Limitation: The trials mostly used doses far above the 2.5 µg in Valtum, and the outcomes analysed were cognition and mood, not energy.
